Why is it that everywhere you look, quality and workmanship is just not there ? I mean, it's like people don't really care any more, everything is just get it done quick and move on. Just sloppiness everywhere. In my job as a computer programmer, I try to do a complete, quality job and I think about the next person who has to maintain what I have written.
Why do people insist on jumping into the right lane, knowing that that lane ends in a few hundred feet, and then squeeze back into the now one lane ?
Why is the US health care system such a hodgepodge of entities - insurance companies, Medicare, etc ? Why are we so far behind Europe ? Is it because we don't have the money available because we're spending it all on arms ?
